What is a W.E.A.L.T.H.Y. Intrapreneur?

The W.E.A.L.T.H.Y. Intrapreneur is a concept developed by Intrapreneurship Lab as a research topic. It draws on more than 15 years of evidence-based insight into corporate entrepreneurship, or intrapreneurship for short.

Who can be an intrapreneur?

Any level, any area

  • Trainee
  • Specialist
  • Manager
  • Director
  • CEO

Anyone working for an organisation who is active, smart and innovative, who gets things done, and who uses that entrepreneurial spirit inside the organisation. Intrapreneurs create new revenue streams, better ways of working, and higher customer and employee engagement.

In the end, that means better results and returns for everyone with a stake in the business: clients, colleagues, the community and shareholders.

You can be an intrapreneur in any part of a company and at any level, from trainee to CEO. Smart companies hire intrapreneurs, invest in them, promote them and reward them, because successful organisations need them to keep moving forward.
